Airport

• From Vienna International Airport in 30 minutes to the VOX Design Hotel, Vienna

  Transfer: The most convenient option to get from the airport to the hotel is to order a transfer at reception. Your driver will pick you up at the airport and will ensure a pleasant ride to our hotel. For more information write us an e-mail (office@vox-hotels.com) or call us (+43/1/907 33 77).

  CAT: An alternative to get to the hotel is by taking the City Airport Train (CAT) to the stop Wien Mitte/Landstraße. It will take you 16 minutes to get there. Then take the underground line U4 in direction Heiligenstadt and get off at Schottenring. When coming out of the underground station, cross the Donaukanal (canal) over the Augartenbrücke (bridge) to get into the Untere Augartenstraße (street). Go straight ahead and turn right into the Schreygasse after 150m. The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right side of the street.   Suburban railway: Another option is to take the S7 to the stop Wien Mitte/Landstraße. It will take you 25 minutes to get there. Then take the underground line U4 in direction Heiligenstadt and get off at Schottenring. When coming out of the underground station, cross the Donaukanal (canal) over the Augartenbrücke (bridge) to get into the Untere Augartenstraße (street). Go straight ahead and turn right into the Schreygasse after 150m. The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right side of the street.   Bus: A fourth option is to take the airport bus to Wien Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz. It will take you 20 minutes to get there. Then take the underground line U4 in direction Heiligenstadt and get off at Schottenring. When coming out of the underground station, cross the Donaukanal (canal) over the Augartenbrücke (bridge) to get into the Untere Augartenstraße (street). Go straight ahead and turn right into the Schreygasse after 150m. The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right side of the street. Arrival by car

• Via West-Highway A1

  Drive along the West Highway A1 in direction Vienna. Continue to the centre, turn left to Rechte Wienzeile and continue driving. At Karlsplatz keep right and continue until Lothringer Strasse. Afterwards turn left into the Johannesgasse, then turn left to the Am Heumarkt. Continue driving until the end of the road and then turn to Aspenbrücke cross the bridge and turn left into the Untere Donaustrasse and continue driving until Schiffamtsgasse. There turn right, then turn left into Schreygasse. At the end of the street on the left hand side the VOX Design Hotel is located.

• Via South-Highway A2

  Drive along the South-Highway A2 in direction Vienna. Continue driving on the A23 and then take the exit “Zentrum” (centre). Continue driving along the Donaukanal (canal) on the Untere Donaustraße. Turn right into the Schiffamtsgasse and afterwards turn left into the Schreygasse. At the end of the street on the left hand side the VOX Design Hotel is located.

Arrival by public transportation

• From the closest underground stop: Schottenring (purple line U2 and green line U4), Duration: 3 minutes

  U2: Take the exit “Herminengasse”. Coming out of the underground stop, turn left and walk along the Obere Donaustraße until you reach the Untere Augartenstraße, where you turn right. Then turn right the second street (Schreygasse). The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right hand side.

  U4: Coming out of the underground stop, cross the Donaukanal (canal) over the Augartenbrücke (bridge) to get to the Untere Augartenstraße. Go straight ahead and turn right after 150m (Schreygasse). The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right hand side.

• From the train station Westbahnhof, Duration: 20 minutes

  Take the underground line U3 (orange line) in direction “Simmering” until “Volkstheater”, then change to the underground line U2 (purple line) in direction “Aspernstraße/Seestadt”. Get off at the stop “Schottenring” and take the exit “Herminengasse”. Coming out of the underground stop, turn left and walk along the Obere Donaustraße until you reach the Untere Augartenstraße, where you turn right. Then turn right the second street (Schreygasse). The hotel has number 2 and is located on the right hand side.

• From Train station Hauptbahnhof (Südbahnhof), Duration: 20 minutes

  Take the underground line U1(red line) in direction „Reumannplatz“until “Schwedenplatz”. Then change to the underground line U4 (green line) in direction „Heiligenstadt“, get off at the stop “Schottenring“. Coming out of the underground stop, cross the Donaukanal (canal) over the Augartenbrücke (bridge) to get to the Untere Augartenstraße. • From the train station Praterstern, Duration: 10 minutes

  Take the underground line U2 (purple line) in direction “Karlsplatz“ and get off at the stop “Schottenring“. Afterwards take the exit “Herminengasse”. Coming out of the underground stop, turn left and walk along the Obere Donaustraße until you reach the Untere Augartenstraße, where you turn right.
