We are very greatful for being with us. In respect to all of you we created some rules to avoid any misunderstnding and enable your comfortable stay.

Check-in/Check-out policy

Please, be aware that our official check-in and check out times are:
check-in 2:00 p.m.  – 18.00p.m. / check-out  at 11.00 a.m.

If the guest arrives out of check-in hours, he/she should inform the hotel in advance, so appropriate actions could be taken by the hotel to enable guest’s comfortable arrival.

We kindly ask you to check-out before 11.00 a.m. on the agreed departure date. After that time on the grounds of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the contractual time the hotel may charge 50 percent of the full accommodation rate (list price) for the additional use of the room until 6:00 p.m. (after 6:00 p.m.: 100 percent).

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• One child under 3 years is charged EUR 5 per person per night in a child’s cot/crib.
• Up to two children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.
• Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
• The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Online reservations policy

Our online reservation system offers you a possibility to make an on-line booking. The booking is considered valid upon the receiving of the official booking confirmation via e-mail. The confirmation of the booking will be send to the Guest within 24 hours from the moment of booking.

Payment, Guarantee policy & acceptance of credit cards:

Guarantee required at the time of booking. Personal cheques are not accepted.
We accept the following credit cards as a guarantee and for payment:

The whole price of the reservation should be paid by the guest upon arrival.

Breakfast Policy

Dear guest Vox Apartment Hotel offers you a possibility to have a breakfast served to your room. If breakfast is not included into your reservation, it can be ordered at the hotel during your stay for  EUR 10 per person per night.

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Wireless Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available at all hotel areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Dear guest, please get yourself acquainted with our cancellation policy. The general cancellation rules are the following:

If canceled 2 days before arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please, be aware that special terms may apply in the case of special offer. If in the reservation it is stated that the booking is non-refundable, it means that the whole price of the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking. In this case cancellation is not possible.

For New Years period (DEC28-JAN03): If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For congresses and special events: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Hotel regulations during the stay

In Vox Hotel we encourage mutual respect and enjoable stay for all our guests therefore we stress the importance of the following rules:

• Smoking is prohibited in both private and public areas of the hotel. Unfortunately, we must charge you an amount of € 50,- and more for infringements to cover the cost of additional cleaning and associated loss of sales. Should the fire department respond to the activation of a fire detector, we must also charge you this considerable fee.
• Try to keep your volume low, especially when the windows are open and during the night time from 10 pm to 6 am. The night-time quiet period is valid for the entire premises. Please also be considerate of local residents on your way to the location.
• Bringing and consuming alcohol in the room is forbidden for under-age guests.
• Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
• A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) or imprint will be required at a time of check in. It may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): telephone charges, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Hotel reserves the right to charge a guest the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture damaged or removed from the room. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.
• Upon arrival a guest is issued a key for the room. The keys are security keys. In case one looses a key before  departure, we will have to charge EUR 250,00 for the replacement lock and set of keys.
• The hotel shall have no liability to the guest for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any instructions supplied by the guest which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the guest.
• We would like to draw your attention to the fact that public areas of each location could be monitored by video for your own safety.
