1. How can I check-in late in the evening? I’ve seen it is written, that check-in time is from 14.00-18.00.
Guests can check-in anytime, but since after 18.00 the reception is closed, we would love to know about your plans in advance so we can prepare the key for you and organize an easy late-check-in process.

2. How much time/money does it take to get to the hotel from the airport?
The fastest will be to order a VOX transfer in advance. You will need about 25 – 35 min to get to the hotel with one of our cars. 3. At what time can I have a breakfast?
We serve breakfast in the room. You usually can have it from 8:00 to 12:00. But we will also try to deliver it earlier/later, if you need. Just let us know.

4. Is it possible to leave a baggage stored somewhere, if I arrive earlier than check-in time?
Sure, from 9:00 in the morning you can always leave it at the storage room in reception. If you arrive earlier, please contact us in advance.

5. Is it possible to enter the hotel in the evening when reception is closed?
Yes, guests can enter anytime and just need their key room for that.

6. What should I do if I urgently need to contact the hotel stuff but the reception is already closed?
You can contact our VOX Standby Team 24/7 by dialing 100 from your room.

7. What are the open hours of grocery stores in Vienna?
Grocery stores are mainly open from 7:30 to 19:30 Monday to Friday and from 7:30 to 18:00 on Saturday. On Sunday almost all shops are closed. The closest grocery shop, which is opened on Sunday, is “Billa”, which you will find on the “Praterstern” underground station (U2).

8. How long is the walk from the hotel to Stephansplatz?
You will need about 15-20 min to get to the Stephansplatz (city center) by walk.

9. Can I park my car next to the hotel?
There are usually no problems with finding a parking spot next to the hotel. All parking is public and has to be paid from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 22:00 (except bank holidays).

11. Do you have smoking rooms?
No, we don’t have smoking rooms and all hotel areas are non- smoking. Smoking in the room is the matter of charges starting from € 125,-.

12. Can we buy Vienna cards nearby the hotel?
Guests can buy Vienna cards and a selection of other tours at the reception. Complimentary city maps in different languages are available at reception as well.

13. How can I pay at the hotel?
We accept payment in cash, debit cards (Maestro), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) and via bank transfer.

14. How can I cancel my reservation?
In case your reservation is not a ‘non-refundable’ one, you can cancel your reservation anytime up to two days before the date of arrival free of charge. If canceled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

15. At what time do you open?
The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 18:00. However, you can reach us 24/7 via phone by dialing 100 from your room.

16. Is it allowed to bring kids to the hotel? Are there additional charges for children beds?
Kids are always welcome at VOX Apartment Hotel. There are following charges for using additional bedding in the room:
* One child under 3 years is charged € 5,- per person per night in a child’s cot/crib.
* Up to two children from 4 to 12 years are charged € 15,- per night for extra beds.
* Up to two older children or adults are charged € 20,- per night for extra beds.

17. Is it possible to add extra bed to the room?
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.

18. Do you have Internet in the hotel?
Wifi Internet is complimentary at the VOX Design Hotel.

19. What time is room cleaning service? How often do you clean rooms?
We do a light cleaning every day from 9:00 – 12:30. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please, put a sign on the door.
