How to get around Vienna

Buses, Trams, Metro:
There are many, many buses and trams going around Vienna. The system is even confusing for Viennese people themselves. So the easiest way to get to all the sights and museums is by metro. The VOX Design Hotel is located 3 minutes from the underground stop Schottenring. There you can either board the metro line U2 (purple line) or the line U4 (green line) with which you can go directly to the Schloss Schönbrunn, for example.

A great way to see all the famous sights around the Ring is to purchase a ticket for the Vienna Ring Tram (Price: 8.00€), which starts its round trip at Schwedenplatz. The great thing about this tram is that you not only see all the beautiful old buildings of the inner city, but also receive information about them in various languages.
