You all know it: the weekend or even holidays have passed too quickly. But what is greater than coming to the office on Monday morning and receiving great news? We were delighted today in the morning when we found out that we have been honored by booking.com and received an Award of Excellence. For the year 2014 we received 8,3 out of 10 points and, thus, the grade “Very Good”.

Yes, we definitely worked hard for it: reading and analyzing all our guests’ comments to find out where and what we can improve and discussing the results in hours-long meetings. But we would not have managed it on our own and, therefore, it is time to express a big THANK YOU to all our guests for their feedback and loyalty. We appreciate the fact that they take the time after their holidays to provide us with comments on their stay. While some things can be resolved easily, others take us more time to improve. However, we are making progress and today we received not only an award, but also a huge parcel with something we, and especially our guests, were awaiting for a very long time…Stay tuned to find out what it is!
